Normally, if customers buy our mattress machines. We will offer customer the installation service if customer needs. No mattress where the customer located in. But some customers don’t need the installation service, because they have their technology or they know how to install. (For such customers, we will also offer him the installation technology support) If customer required, we will sent our engineers to the customer’s factory and install the machine. At the same time, our engineer will teach the workers how to use the machines for free.
But all travel expenses by the buyer’s responsible. Which means the buyer need to pay for the ticket cost, (From China to buyer’s city) and buyer needs to offer our engineer the Accommodation, meals during the service period.
And how could we get technology support or repair service if machines were broken?
If machine was broken, the buyer should contact our service team first. Then we will arrange our after sales service person to contact you.
First of all, Our after sales service person will offer you the solutions via What’sApp or E-mail. If problem can’t solved and customer also required, we will sent our engineer to your factory to repair.
