ZIMLIN produce single-axis mattress roll-packing machine mainly used to roll-pack thickness less than 15 cm foam/latex mattress.
Mattress Thickness More Than 15cm
Mattress thickness more than 15 cm need a compression machine to compress mattress first then roll-pack on this machine. All compressed mattresses can be rolled on this machine. After rolling, it needs to be fixed with sellotape, and then the rolled mattress is pushed out under the principle of the cylinder.
