ZIMLIN produce a mattress compression fold & roll packing machine mainly used to pack pocket coil mattress, foam mattress, latex mattress etc. Our machines with various packaging options such as compress and roll, or compress, fold, and roll. And the mattress after packaging we can achieve ‘pack mattress in a box’ into an ideal package for shipping, e-Commerce, & retail.
Without Auto Bagging Function
Because this machine does not have auto bagging function, we need to customize a batch of PE bags before using the machine.
Compress & Seal
Using heat sealing function after compressing the mattress in the PE film for a safe package.
Fold or Not to Fold Option
If fold the mattress will make smaller package dimensions.
Roll-Packing
After compressing & heat sealing the mattress will through the multi axis rolls method mattress roll-pack in the PE bag to shape a cylindrical package.
Roll-Pack System Adaptive Package Diameter
Our intelligent roll-pack system will automatically roll-pack out the appropriate size of the package diameter according to the thickness and length of the mattress, and finally form a cylindrical package. In addition, you also can input a reasonable range of caliber values in the PLC control system. Special design makes our system smarter and higher efficiency.
