Heat Seal & Compression

After compress & heat seal the mattress will through the multi axis rotation method mattress roll-pack in the PE bag to shape a cylindrical package.
Adaptive Package Diameter
Our intelligent roll-pack system will automatically roll-pack out the appropriate size of the Package Diameter according to the thickness and length of the mattress, and finally form a cylindrical package. In addition, you also can input a reasonable range of diameter values in the PLC control system. Special design makes our system smarter and higher efficiency.
