Operational Steps
- Prepare PE/PVC Bags: Start by acquiring PE or PVC bags, either from us or another supplier. Manually insert the mattress into the bag to complete the initial setup.
- Compression & Seal: The press machine applies 60 tons of pressure to compress the mattress, while simultaneously heat-sealing the bag to ensure it remains airtight.
- Roll Pack: The compressed mattress is then rolled by the machine’s mechanical shaft, with a conveyor belt guiding the process. After rolling, the package is sealed with transparent tape or cloth to prevent unrolling. Finally, a simple button press automatically push out the packaged mattress.
