Vertical foam cutting machine is suitable for cutting small size foam board, processing all kinds of EVA, EPE, packaging materials, paper and other products. The worktable adopts manual operation, easy operation and high cutting precision. This type is also widely using in foam manufacturing. Not only apply to cutting foam/spone, but also PU, PE, PVC, and other soft materials cutting.
The manual vertical foam cutting machine cuts materials such as PU foam, bonded foam, and similar materials in a precise manner. It can cut slabs, split contour cuts, and trim blocks. Put materials on a stationary table via a side fence. Material can be single cut or double cut processing. It can adjust the hickness of sponge, and cut the material evenly. It can cut the raw materials of different shapes and sizes into the same sponge.
Easy to operate
The JK-FC02 trims and cuts foam blocks into requiring sizes with a vertical blade. Guide fence position is adjustable by hand wheel, and the table unitis can move on sliding tracks.
